What You’ll Do

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and React
Lead end-to-end execution of projects — from design to deployment — with hands-on ownership
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, high-impact features
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of growth and psychological safety
Translate abstract ideas into practical, user-facing solutions

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Math
5+ years of professional experience in software development
Experience leading teams and growing from individual contributor to technical manager
Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and React — you’re comfortable across backend and frontend with a proven track record of delivering projects in .NET and React
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong grasp of software design principles, testing strategies, and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A Hands-on approach to problem-solving — balancing speed with scalability
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively

Experience in mentoring or leading small teams.
A knack for storytelling through code, docs, or diagrams.
