We’re looking for a Support Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people, digging into questions, and turning conversations into insights that make the product better for everyone.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Support Appfigures members via chat, email, and other channels - answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping members understand their data
- Manage multiple conversations and tasks at once while keeping responses clear, accurate, and friendly
- Learn a large and evolving product surface area, adapting quickly as features, data, and workflows change
- Translate member questions, feedback, and issues into actionable insights for engineering, product, sales, and other teams
- Contribute to and improve our knowledge base and internal documentation
- Maintain a casual, confident, and human tone that makes members feel comfortable asking questions

- You genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems
- You’re an excellent written communicator and can explain things clearly without sounding scripted or robotic
- You’re curious by nature and enjoy learning how things work
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple conversations while staying organized and focused
- You take ownership, follow through, and care about doing things well
- You thrive in a low-process, high-trust environment and collaborate easily with others
🧭 What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days: You’re comfortable supporting members and navigating the product with confidence
- 60 Days: You’re independently handling a wide range of questions and contributing meaningful feedback to internal teams
- 90 Days: You’re spotting patterns in member feedback, improving documentation, and helping shape a better support experience overall
