Description

We're looking for a high-performing Real Estate Acquisition Closer to join our remote team. You'll be the engine that turns motivated seller leads into signed contracts. If you're a natural closer who thrives on commission-driven environments and loves the art of negotiation, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

→Conduct phone consultations with distressed property sellers (foreclosures, bankruptcies, fire-damaged homes, inherited properties)

→Make competitive offers and send contracts via DocuSign

→Follow up with leads and manage the full pipeline through to closing

→Coordinate property showings and manage high-value leads in the CRM

→Maintain accurate records of all seller communications and deal stages

What we're looking for

✓Proven track record in closing/sales — real estate wholesaling experience is a strong plus

✓Strong phone sales and negotiation skills — you're comfortable having tough conversations

✓Experience with CRM systems (tracking leads, notes, follow-ups)

✓Self-motivated, assertive communicator — you don't wait to be pushed

✓Based in LatAm or South Africa (for timezone alignment)

✓Professional English communication (written and spoken)
