Clients love what we do, so we are growing fast – we are now seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced candidates in the role of Software Implementation Consultant to join our team in Varna.
The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will lead and execute the successful deployment of our SaaS software solutions for clients worldwide. You’ll guide customers from project kickoff through to go-live and adoption, ensuring technical configuration, client satisfaction, and seamless integration with client systems. You’ll work closely with the Head of Global Customer Implementations and experienced cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Project Management and Technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within scope.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow established policies, procedures and workflows outlined for successful implementation.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Payslip by sharing and explaining to clients the functionality of the software.
- Review and analyse client files and data, and configure the Payslip platform, including company setup and employee data.
- Monitor project tasks and timelines, and proactively flag any risks or issues that could jeopardize successful project delivery.
- Provide timely responses to our clients by providing world class customer service
- Lead smaller-scale projects for existing customers, acting as the primary Project Manager when additional services are introduced or vendor changes are implemented.
- Suggest process improvements in the implementation process
- Provide two months of hypercare support to the client after go-live date
- After the Hypercare period, provide a formal handover to the Customer Product Specialist team in accordance with agreed internal procedures.
- Support customers and internal teams throughout the scenario and parallel testing phases of implementation.
- Support the Customer Success Team and Project Managers as needed
- Comply with Payslip’s data privacy and security policy
Qualifications and skills required
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of SaaS Implementation, technical support, project coordination or client facing technical experience,
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
- Previous work experience in SaaS deployment, professional services, or technical consulting
- Ability to extract key information from clients and produce clear, appropriate documentation
- Ability to self-organize, identify dependencies and collaborate across team and client functions to ensure positive progression toward agreed objectives.
