Role Summary:

We are seeking a multifaceted Product & Customer Success Analyst who can effectively promote product adoption through impactful demonstrations while maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction. This position combines responsibilities across Product Demo, QA, Business Analysis, and Customer Support, serving as a vital link between customers, product teams, and engineering departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations for clients, prospects, and internal teams, making complex features accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage customer success initiatives, including onboarding assistance, resolving product-related inquiries, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, identify product gaps, and study usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations for product teams.
  • Function as a Business Analyst by gathering requirements, documenting use cases, and aligning business objectives with product functionalities.
  • Carry out QA tasks such as test planning, manual testing, test case creation, bug identification, and issue tracking utilizing tools like Jira.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure prompt resolution of defects and implement product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain demo scripts, product walkthroughs, FAQs, and user manuals.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and product launches, ensuring readiness from both product and customer viewpoints.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in testing, documentation, and customer communication processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills with experience engaging client-facing audiences.
  • Over 3 years of experience in QA, including manual testing, test case development, and bug tracking using Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in customer support or customer success roles, preferably within SaaS environments.
  • Practical experience testing web or SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used for QA, documentation, or productivity enhancement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Previous experience working in a product-focused or SaaS-based company.
