Multilingual Customer Service Representatives
Languages: Azerbaijani, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or German
Are you fluent in one of the above languages and looking to launch or elevate your career in an international environment? We're hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic, multicultural team in Sofia, Bulgaria and support some of the worlds most recognized global brands.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting internationally known companies across a variety of industries. You will be part of a collaborative and energetic team, working in a modern office environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating when necessary
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive work environment
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or German
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
- Legal right to work in Bulgaria (work authorization required)
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, if not already based there
