Position: Office Manager

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage customer orders via phone and other communication channels
  • Provide excellent customer service with clear, professional phone communication
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Source specific products based on customer requirements
  • Prepare and provide quotes to customers as needed
  • Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and communications
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Confident and competent in handling customer interactions
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
  • Basic technical proficiency with standard office software and systems
