Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team to achieve operational objectives and ensure quality standards are met
Monitor team performance through established metrics and provide regular feedback
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge

Address staffing needs and coordinate schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Generate performance reports and present findings to management
Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in a leadership role or back office operations
Strong understanding of workflow processes and team dynamics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
Ability to analyze performance data and enact improvement measures
