Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of SAP Project Systems implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Network Activities, Milestone Billing, and Cost Planning to support diverse project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other SAP modules, such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and assist in developing functional specifications.
Contribute to the development and delivery of WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 to10 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on SAP Project Systems and involvement in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.
Solid understanding of SAP PS configuration, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Network Activities, Project Scheduling, and Resource Management.
Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and basic knowledge of Agile principles.
Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA enhancements in project systems is advantageous.

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
