We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Culture to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Help maintain HR communication channels, ensuring employees are informed about engagement activities.
Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences.
Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across the organization.

What We Need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Keen attention to detail
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Must be based in the Philippines
