JobType: full-time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decision makers to understand their business needs better and how our Services could help them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Discover and source new sales prospects through inbound lead responses, outbound cold calls, and emails.

  • Customer Acquisition: Convert inquiries into customers via phone across India.

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; acquiring new accounts; establishing rapport; and providing technical details and explanations.

  • Analyze competitors by gathering and summarizing competitor data and trends; pinpointing sales opportunities.

  • Conduct necessary research on prospective companies and contacts to ensure targeted and meaningful conversations.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to lead qualification.

  • Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling.

  • Independently generate and research leads to identify potential new clients.

  • Accurately enter all sales leads and prospects into the CRM system promptly.

  • Possess basic knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud Managed Services, with a preference for Azure.

  • Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • End-to-end accountability: Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle—Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and Administer.

Desired Skills:

  • The candidate should be a graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Client Coordination is essential.

  • Database management skills.

  • Experience in Appointment Setting and Contact Discovery is mandatory.

  • Proven track record in inside sales.

  • Experience in IT Sales or Cloud Sales (AWS, Azure, GCP, Datacenters) only.

  • Strong phone etiquette with experience making numerous calls daily.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.

  • Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
