We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnership Manager to lead and expand relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and System Integrators (SIs). Based in Bengaluru, this role focuses on driving sell-through business growth, building strong partner ecosystems, and enabling international market expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner engagement, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through collaboration. This position requires a strong understanding of the technology or SaaS ecosystem, along with the ability to manage complex partnerships and influence stakeholders across regions. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while contributing to global business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with GSIs, RSIs (across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3), and SIs to drive business growth
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and co-selling initiatives with partners
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture international partners to support expansion into new markets
  • Drive sell-through revenue by collaborating closely with partner organizations
  • Conduct partner enablement sessions, including training, workshops, and business reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem to increase market reach
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership strategies
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine partnership strategies
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, events, and industry engagements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales
  • Proven experience working with GSIs, RSIs, and SIs within the technology, SaaS, or IT services sector
  • Strong understanding of sell-through business models and co-selling strategies
  • Experience in managing international partnerships and supporting global expansion
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events
