You're a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington who wants a flexible part-time telehealth caseload that pays well, requires zero administrative overhead, and fits around your existing work or life. The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need
- Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Availability during afternoon/evening hours
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

$75—$115 USD
