You are the Social Media Manager, tasked with creating, maintaining, and expanding our social media accounts. You oversee the management and growth of the brand’s social media channels across major platforms to be aligned with broader marketing campaigns and strategise stand-alone social campaigns to increase user engagement.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage large social media campaigns to fuel the growth of existing social media channels. Create new ideas and concepts for fresh social media content Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms Coordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, community management, and more Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs to support social media content and communications Analyses and report the success of social media projects by implementing social media monitoring tools such as community engagement, content performance, and other KPIs Works with marketing team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy Be the first point of contact in our social media communities: supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on daily basis and escalating when needed Report directly to the PR & Brand Manager, proposing and implementing best social media practices across all social channels
