AR Cash Applications Analyst (McKinley Taguig) | Onsite

Responsibilities:

End-to end Cash application process
Payment processing: Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources, including checks, lockbox, ACH/EFTs, and credit cards.
Cash research: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts, explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.
Account reconciliation: Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.
Data entry and record-keeping: Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.
