Job Title: GenAI / Agentic AI Architect

Retail & CPG (GCP)

Experience: 9–11 Years ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking a seasoned GenAI / Agentic AI Architect with deep expertise in Retail & CPG domain to design and deliver intelligent, scalable AI solutions. You will play a critical role in transforming business processes such as customer personalization, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and digital commerce using Generative AI and Agentic systems on GCP. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions tailored to Retail & CPG use cases: o Personalized recommendations & customer 360 o Intelligent product discovery & search o Marketing content generation (campaigns, product descriptions) o Demand forecasting & inventory optimization o Conversational AI for customer support and sales • Design and deploy Agentic AI systems: o Autonomous agents for campaign management, pricing optimization, and supply chain decisions o Multi-agent orchestration for end-to-end retail workflows • Build RAG-based architectures leveraging structured & unstructured enterprise data • Design scalable solutions using vector databases for semantic search and personalization • Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks: o Prompt templates, chaining, evaluation, and optimization o Hallucination control and response grounding • Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services: o Vertex AI (LLMs, pipelines, model deployment) o BigQuery (analytics & customer insights) o Cloud Run / GKE (scalable microservices) o Dataflow / Pub-Sub (real-time data pipelines) • Establish observability for AI systems: o Model performance monitoring o Prompt/response tracking o Drift detection and feedback loops o Business KPI alignment (conversion, basket size, churn reduction) • Ensure Responsible AI practices: o Bias mitigation, explainability, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA awareness) o Secure AI deployments • Collaborate with business stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) to translate requirements into AI solutions • Mentor teams and drive adoption of LLMOps / MLOps best practices ________________________________________ Must-Have Skills • 9–11 years of experience with strong exposure to Retail / CPG domain • Hands-on experience in Generative AI & LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models like LLaMA) • Proven experience in Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.) • Expertise in Prompt Engineering & evaluation frameworks • Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) • Strong experience in GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, etc.) • Experience building RAG pipelines and personalization engines • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience in Observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus) • Solid understanding of customer data platforms, retail analytics, and omnichannel ecosystems ________________________________________ Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with pricing & promotion analytics • Knowledge of supply chain & demand planning systems • Exposure to eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SAP Commerce, etc.) • Experience in real-time recommendation systems • Familiarity with knowledge graphs and hybrid search architectures • Experience with Kubernetes / microservices architecture ________________________________________ Key Use Cases You Will Drive • AI-powered customer personalization & recommendation engines • Smart merchandising assistants for category managers • AI agents for marketing automation & campaign optimization • Demand forecasting & inventory planning using GenAI + ML hybrid models • Conversational AI for customer engagement & post-purchase support ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Strong domain-led solutioning mindset • Ability to connect business KPIs with AI outcomes • Excellent stakeholder communication & consulting skills • Passion for building production-grade, scalable AI systems ________________________________________ Why Join Us • Work on cutting-edge AI transformation programs in Retail & CPG • Opportunity to build agentic, autonomous enterprise systems • High-impact role with end-to-end ownership • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with continuous learning
