Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – Weekend (Residential Detox SUD Treatment)

Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour + Weekend Shift Differentials

Weekend Shift Differentials (Sat–Sun)

1st Shift (7a–3p): +$1.00/hr
2nd Shift (3p–11p): +$1.50/hr
3rd Shift (11p–7a): +$1.50/hr

Our new adult residential detox program in Concord, MA offers 24/7 structured care for adult clients at the beginning of their recovery journey. This residential SUD treatment program provides stabilization, safety, and therapeutic support in a recovery-focused environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians / Recovery Support Specialists to join our weekend residential detox team.

In this role, you will support adult clients receiving detox and residential behavioral health treatment for SUD and co-occurring disorders. You will help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while ensuring continuity of care throughout weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Support admissions and orientation for adult residential detox clients
Conduct routine safety and wellness checks within a behavioral health residential setting
Monitor client behavior and document observations in shift logs/EMR
Provide supportive engagement to individuals experiencing SUD withdrawal and co-occurring disorders
Respond to crises or medical concerns in collaboration with nursing and clinical staff
Assist with medication line under appropriate supervision
Maintain structured schedules and treatment expectations
Support recovery programming and therapeutic milieu management
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, detox, SUD treatment, or recovery support

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
