We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst. The main responsibility of this role is to support business process analysis, documentation, and system improvements across departments.

What will be the main responsibilities ?

Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders.
Document functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare instructions and process/tools descriptions.
Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation.
Support the creation of technical tasks for Data Analytics, Data Engineers, and Development teams.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Map workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Support automation initiatives.
Participate in cross-team process discussions.
Communicate clarifications between business users and technical teams.
Participate in meetings and prepare summaries.
Follow up on task progress and status updates.

Requirements

What skills and experience are considered necessary?

Basic understanding of business analysis principles.
Ability to structure and document information clearly.
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of:
Process mapping
Requirements documentation
Excel / Google Sheets
Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)

Skills that would be "nice to have":

Basic experience or exposure to AI-driven automation tools and workflows.
Familiarity with no-code / low-code platforms for process automation or workflow configuration
