As a Customer Support Specialist, you´ll be the friendly expert our Portuguese-speaking customers rely on. You will:

Engage with customers via phone, email & chat
Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance
Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued
Log and track cases with accuracy and care
Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience

What You Bring:

Fluent / C2 Portuguese you express yourself naturally and confidently
Strong B2 English to collaborate with your international team

Tech-savvy attitude and the ability to multitask with ease
