About the job: Business Area Controlling Analyst (Taguig) | Hybrid\n\nLocation: BGC, Taguig\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (1x onsite) \n\nSchedule: 6PM to 3AM\n\nResponsibilities: \n* BA reporting: Support monthly reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, key figures, cash flow, price pull, and all other relevant financial KPIs with focus on data quality and compliance to IFRS and Group standards \n* Business intelligence & insights: Reviews and analyses all BA-relevant KPIs (P&L, Balance Sheet Items) reflecting external and intercompany/cross-BA deliveries according to defined stakeholder needs\n* Functional controlling: Supports the actual/forecast/budget reporting processes for BA IAM cost centers in US/CAN\n* Governance: Ensures data analysis, relevant master data set-up, and maintenance in all relevant BA functions\n\nQualifications:\n\n* At least 5+ years in controlling, cost accounting, or accounting (manufacturing preferred)\n* University degree (Bachelor or above, with emphasis in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration).\n* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS); hands-on experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.\n* Strong skills in data analytics, Power BI, SAP, and FIRE.\n* Responsible for BA reporting, financial analysis, functional controlling, and governance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality financial data and insights for management.\n* Support monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and IFRS-compliant reporting.
