MyOutDesk (MOD) is looking for a Bilingual Lead Coordinator & Appointment Setter to join our high-tech hub in San Isidro. In this role, you aren’t just "selling"—you are the strategic engine of a top-tier U.S. real estate team, responsible for qualifying leads and managing a massive database of potential clients.

You will act as the first point of contact, identifying motivation and timelines to ensure our North American agents are focused on the most ready-to-act opportunities. What You'll Do

  • Strategic Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential clients based on their timeline, motivation, and location to ensure a high-quality handoff to the sales team.
  • Database Re-engagement: Proactively reach out to an existing database of contacts via call, text, and email to identify active interest.
  • Appointment Coordination: Directly manage agent calendars by booking qualified meetings and discovery calls.
  • CRM Integrity: Maintain and update lead dispositions and notes in real-time.
  • Follow-up Management: Execute "pleasantly persistent" outreach cadences to nurture long-term leads that aren't ready to buy or sell yet.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on daily activity, conversation quality, and the number of appointments successfully set.
  • U.S. Liaison: Act as a polished, professional representative of the executive team when communicating with U.S. partners and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in lead qualification, customer success, BPO, or high-level administrative support — ideally in real estate.
  • English Fluency: Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate and real estate communication.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish to engage with a high volume of Spanish-speaking leads.
  • Phone Confidence: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure.
  • Location: Must be able to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
