THE ROLE: GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role exists because our commercial organisation is growing and the quality of GTM hiring directly impacts revenue. You'll have full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across go-to-market functions — Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner, and Marketing — and a real stake in how we attract and secure the talent that helps us compete and win in a highly competitive market.
This is a role for someone who understands that recruitment in a scale-up isn't just about filling roles. It's about building teams, developing market intelligence, and partnering with leadership to make hiring a commercial advantage.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Rather than a long checklist, here's what success in this role looks like:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions — running fast, structured, high-quality hiring processes for multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactively source and engage high-calibre passive GTM talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, challenge briefs where needed, and keep hiring aligned to commercial objectives
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive GTM talent across relevant markets, competitors, and adjacent industries
- Develop a clear view of the GTM talent landscape across AI, cloud, and infrastructure — providing insight on competitors, compensation, and hiring trends
- Lead targeted sourcing campaigns aligned to key growth areas and upcoming hiring needs
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality, speed, and decision-making — and maintain structured workflows in the ATS to ensure visibility across all live processes
- Support the positioning of NexGen Cloud as a compelling destination for GTM talent through content, outreach, and candidate engagement
ABOUT YOU:

Essential
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles — sales, pre-sales, partner, marketing — within a tech environment
- Experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environments
- Strong direct sourcing capability, particularly for passive candidates
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of how GTM roles drive revenue
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting within cloud, AI, infrastructure, or deep tech environments
- Exposure to hiring within the NVIDIA ecosystem or adjacent markets
- Experience building talent maps and delivering market insights
- Involvement in employer branding or talent attraction initiatives
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools or HR technology platforms
