We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and support a wide range of client projects, primarily focused on direct mail and email production.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop, along with a keen eye for typography and layout. This role requires excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality print and digital materials within tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Use Adobe InDesign/Adobe Acrobat to design and export on a wide range of client projects, mainly direct mail and some email
Manage images received from clients: cropping, color correcting, masking, and more
Collaborate with Pre-Press and Quality Assurance to ensure quality of print pieces
Communicate effectively with the Project Coordinator team so customer project needs are met
Work within each customer’s brand standards and guidelines to create pieces that meet established print specs
Make quick, accurate changes to in-process projects per customer request
Use basic HTML and CSS to create emails to be sent using Pledgemine software
You have a working knowledge of Mac computers within specifically InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop
You are familiar with other applications, such as Dreamweaver (HTML and CSS) and Microsoft Office
Your skills include an eye for typography (proper kerning, leading, white space, etc.)
You have excellent time management skills and thrive under tight deadlines
You maintain a high attention to detail
You are a strong prioritizer and can balance simple, quick requests alongside larger tasks
You have a strong work ethic and work well within a team atmosphere
