Ecosystem Growth Manager (AI & DePIN) - Europe

We are seeking a relentless Ecosystem Growth Manager to solve one of the hardest challenges in Web3: the Cold Start problem of a new Layer-1.

You will be the architect of both supply and demand within the AIVM ecosystem—responsible for onboarding GPU compute providers, attracting AI builders, and securing enterprise data partners who will power real-world adoption.

Responsibilities include Supply-Side Growth (DePIN Infrastructure), Developer & Protocol Adoption, Strategic Partnerships, Incentive Program Design, and Enterprise & Crypto-Native Alignment. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in Web3 BD or Ecosystem Growth, ideally at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or DePIN project; technical fluency in AI and blockchain fundamentals; strong network of builders and operators; proven track record of closing deals end-to-end; highly autonomous.

Preferred Qualifications include experience onboarding compute providers, enterprise AI workloads, incentive design, token economics, and modular blockchain stacks.
