Connectivity Engineer (Rust)

This role is focused on building and maintaining connectivity with exchanges. This could be a great fit if you enjoy working close to real-time systems and building infrastructure that directly impacts trading performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining exchange connectors (REST/WebSocket APIs, etc.)
• Integrating new trading venues into the system
• Supporting and improving live trading infrastructure
• Monitoring and ensuring production stability

In the future, you may also work on:

• Backtest tuning
• Strategy research
• ML research and tooling

What we’re looking for

• Experience with Rust (or strong backend background + willingness to work with Rust)
• Experience building API integrations/connectors
• Understanding of networking (TCP/WebSocket, async systems)
• Familiarity with how exchanges work (order flow, latency, etc.)
• Ability to write clean, reliable, production-grade code
• Strong desire to develop expertise in algorithmic trading

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto
• Experience building trading bots or exchange integrations
• Background in low-latency / high-load systems
