Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate learning programs
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the complete sales process: from lead qualification to pitching and closing
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with global clients
- Keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and customer satisfaction
