Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Hybris.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and API integrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Certifications: Certifications in SAP Hybris, Agile methodologies, and other relevant areas are a plus.
  • Should have experience in interaction with customer.
  • Experience in application support & maintenance projects adds value.
  • Knowing O1 and O2 support process.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • L2 Support
    • Incident Management
    • Service Requests
    • User Provisioning and Access Management
    • Ongoing Operations activities
    • Transition from existing team
    • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hybris platform.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and solutions.
    • Client Interaction: Translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • L3 Support
    • Analysis, Design, Build/Change, Unit/System Testing
    • Create and implement SAP Implement customizations and extensions on the Hybris platform.
    • Hybris-based e-commerce solutions.
    • Configurations, Code Fixes and Data Loads
    • Release management activities
    • L2 and L3 coordination with product Owners, Customer co-ordination groups.
    • L2 and L3 related coordination with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • The service is expected to provide as per the list in below table.
