Work Setup: Hybrid. 2x a week onsite

Work Schedule: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably supervisor / 5 yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Needs to be on the BPO industry or Shared Services Industry

Responsibilities:

Reports to a Senior Manager.
Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams and serves as GBS POC.
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
