Administer and maintain SQL Server database systems.
Monitor SQL Server health, diagnose and resolve performance issues, and implement optimization strategies.
Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures for SQL Server.
Perform routine data backups and test recovery procedures for SQL Server databases.
Implement and enforce SQL Server security policies and access controls.
Set up and maintain high availability solutions for SQL Server, such as clustering and replication.
Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures for SQL Server databases.
Coordinate and execute data migration projects involving SQL Server.
Develop and implement SQL Server database monitoring tools and alerts.
Analyze and optimize SQL Server queries for improved performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SQL Server database systems and procedures.
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to support application development, with a focus on SQL Server.
