Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and align our features and benefits. Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks with tailored plans. Promote full license utilization, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales for growth. Foster networks between customers, partners, and Lucanet to align and advance strategic direction.
