Work Arrangement: Onsite | Hybrid (Cebu)—Not fixed but is flexible

Shift Schedule | Rest Days: Philippines Business hours (9am-6pm); Weekends off

Educational Requirement:

Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst Can endorse candidates from other industries (as long as they have relevant analyst role experience) Must be proficient in PPT and Power BI—mandatory. Must be proficient in both English and Filipino Responsible in creating decks and analysis for clients

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
