  • Conduct inspections of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

  • Review and evaluate electrical plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure they adhere to project requirements.

  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to schedule inspections and ensure timely completion of work.

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions required.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and guidelines.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and site personnel regarding electrical work.

  • Monitor and verify compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in project meetings and communicate inspection results to project stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical installations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Qualification/ Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of relevant fieldwork in electrical inspection or a similar role.

Practical Experience

  • Inspecting internal and external electrical systems, including power, lighting, and low current systems
  • Reviewing electrical shop drawings and implementation against design requirements
  • Checking distribution panels, conduits, cabling systems, and safety devices
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with the Saudi Electrical Code and international standards
  • Compiling comprehensive reports covering electrical inspections and deficiencies

Technical Requirements

·        Proficient in using standard electrical testing and inspection tools

·        Well-versed in NEC, SBC, and IEC electrical codes and practices

·        Skilled in AutoCAD for electrical system verification

·        Ability to accurately identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during inspections
