Our client is a fast-growing media and content company producing high-volume, social-first video content across multiple platforms. They specialize in short-form videos, podcast clips, and engaging digital media designed for fast-paced online audiences.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Video Editor (Short-form) to support ongoing content production. This is a part-time, project-based role with a schedule aligned to ET hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET or 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT).

Duties and Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content (primarily 30–90 second clips) for social media platforms
Produce podcast clips across multiple shows (approximately 12+ clips per week)
Create additional social content including:
Show/series edits
Miscellaneous social media videos
Incorporate brand elements such as:
Captions/subtitles
Lower thirds
Intro/outro elements
Music and sound design
Motion graphics
Collaborate with producers on creative reviews and revisions
Ensure fast turnaround times (same day or within 24 hours when needed)
1–2 years of video editing experience (Junior level)
Strong experience editing social-first video content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (all programs)
Strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
Ability to manage high-volume workloads with quick turnaround times
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with media, content, or digital publishing environments
Experience working on podcast or sports-related content
Familiarity with fast-paced content styles
