About the role:

Restaurants in Poland are discovering Saltz every day. Your job is to make sure that discovery turns into something real - a first order, a growing account, a customer who sticks around. As our Inside Sales Representative for the German market, you're the voice that gets them there.

You can work remotely from anywhere within the EU, as long as you’re in the CET time zone. This is a full-time role.

What you will be doing:

Activation

  • Call newly registered restaurants who've shown interest - a lot of them, every day. You'll follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 30 days.

  • Handle objections on the spot, show them why it's worth it, and close over the phone.

  • Log everything in the CRM - attempts, outcomes, next steps.

Retention

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers - renewals, expiring orders, upsell opportunities. You spot the right moment and make the call.

  • Recover accounts that are going quiet before they churn.

  • Capture extra revenue through relevant, well-timed offers — not spam, but real conversations.

What you need:

  • 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred.

  • Language requirement: fluent in English plus fluent in Polish / (C1 level)

  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills.

  • Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work.

  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or HubSpot or Zendesk).

  • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus.
