You’ll collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams—especially in R&D initiatives—using customer insights to support solution improvements and help shape the evolution of our existing and future offerings. The Commitment\n* Support senior architects in designing and delivering business solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem.\n* Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client processes and technical needs.\n* Assist with solution blueprints, workflows, data maps, and integration outlines.\n* Learn and support NetSuite configuration, basic customization, and data preparation.\n* Contribute to testing, validation, and UAT coordination.\n* Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n* Help document technical specs, process flows, and best practices.\n* Support go-live and post-implementation activities with guidance.\n* Actively engage in learning ERP, AI-driven solution enhancements, and Appficiency R&D frameworks.\n* Research new tools and techniques that can enhance solution delivery.\n* Assist in creating internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
