Work Model: To be confirmed (Office-based in Piraeus)

Schedule: Flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, 09:00 – 22:00)

The Opportunity

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for cutting-edge technology? Join our team in the heart of the Athenian Riviera! We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to support a globally recognized leader in innovative tech.

In this role, you aren't just answering calls; you are a brand ambassador. You will guide customers through their entire journey—from helping them choose the perfect device to providing expert after-sales support. Whether it's a sales inquiry or a delivery update, your goal is to provide a seamless, premium experience.

What You'll Do

• Be the Expert: Provide high-quality support via phone, chat, and email for a world-renowned tech brand.
• Drive Sales: Assist customers in discovering the best products and completing their purchases.
• Solve Problems: Handle after-sales requests, including delivery tracking, returns, and cancellations.
• Grow Your Skills: After your initial training, you'll have the chance to cross-skill between sales and service, becoming a versatile tech expert.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Dutch (C1): You can communicate naturally and professionally.
• Good English (B2): For internal training and communication with your international team.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and a typing speed of 25+ WPM. (Familiarity with iOS/macOS is a big plus!)
• Positive Energy: No prior experience is required—we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
