Desktop Support Engineer
Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and standard peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform system reimaging, virus removal, and patch updates. Assist in the backup and recovery of user data and configurations. Document support activities and update configuration records. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty claims. Support software installations, user onboarding, and device configuration. Escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams as necessary.
