Description

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will provide support to customers, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and high-quality service during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and accurate information Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Demonstrate problem-solving skills and effective communication Work effectively within rotational shifts Deliver service aligned with company standards and procedures

Requirements

Fluency in German (native or near-native) Good command of English Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work on-site in Braga Already living in or near Braga/Aveiro (mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 1010€ x 14 months Language/role allowance: 140€ x 11 months Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day Braga position bonus: 20€ x 12 months

Health Insurance Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required)

Free after 6 months of contract
