About the job Investment Analyst

Shift:

• Can start anytime between 7am and 10am
• Long working hours

Work Setup:

• Tuesday to Thurs - Onsite

• Monday and Friday - WFH

• No swapping

Responsibilities:

• Manage whole deal transaction including deal origination, client relationship management, business development and deal closing for M&A, Debt and Equity fundraising
• Manage Deal Advisory including supporting clients to develop, structure and build innovative and pragmatic and financing solutions to address business challenges and foster growth.

Requirements:

• CPA, ACCA or CFA or any other relevant professional
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience for Associate in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Credit, Private Equity, Management Consulting
• Finance Modeling experience
