Key Objectives

  • Support efficient office operations through effective administrative assistance.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and external partners.
  • Manage schedules, documentation, and various office tasks to maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
  • Support onboarding processes and coordinate internal communications.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist with special projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
