Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate internal communications.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
