What will you be doing?

• Assist customers via phone, email or chat with product-related questions
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic order or service issues
• Provide helpful, solution-focused support during the quiet hours
• Document and escalate more complex cases when needed
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Follow internal procedures and hit performance goals

What do we need from you?

• English on a C1 level or higher
• Great communication & problem-solving skills
• Motivation to work in a night shift customer-facing role
• You must already be based in Athens, Greece
• Availability for rotational night shifts (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off)
• EU Passport or Greek Residence Card (Mandatory)
