Here is what you will be doing:\n\nWe are seeking an ambitious and motivated Transport Planning Consultant to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of transport planning and economics projects. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, the role will focus on providing technical analysis and advisory support to primarily public sector clients across transport infrastructure, mobility strategy, and investment planning.\n\nThe successful candidate will contribute to projects from concept through to evaluation, including strategic transport studies, infrastructure business cases, sustainable mobility strategies, and transport policy development.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Support the delivery of transport planning and economic advisory projects for public and private sector clients.\n \n* Undertake data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical, economic, and spatial datasets.\n \n* Conduct economic appraisal and cost-benefit analysis for transport and infrastructure investments.\n \n* Assist with the preparation of business cases, technical reports, policy documents, and strategic studies.\n \n* Develop data visualisations, maps, and analytical outputs using tools such as Excel and GIS.\n \n* Translate analytical results into clear written narratives and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.\n \n* Contribute to project management, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.\n \n* Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.\n \n* Support business development activities, including preparation of proposals and tender submissions.\n \n* Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams including transport planners, economists, engineers, and environmental specialists.
