What will you be doing?

• Assist customers via phone, email or chat with technical/product-related queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT or service issues efficiently
• Guide users through system setups and basic configurations
• Document issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
• Provide a friendly and solution-focused customer experience
• Follow company procedures and strive to meet performance goals

What do we need from you:

• Dutch on a C2 level
• Good English communication skills (B2+)
• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
• Motivation to work in a customer-centric environment
• Available to work on rotational shifts (if needed)
• Willingness to relocate (if not based in Greece)
