What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Define and refine Lio’s positioning, messaging, and value propositions

  • Translate product features into clear customer outcomes and differentiated narratives

  • Enable Sales with pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection-handling frameworks

  • Lead product launches end-to-end, from narrative to go-to-market execution

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to sharpen our positioning

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Sales to align roadmap and messaging

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar role

  • Think strategically but execute hands-on

  • Can simplify complex AI or technical topics into sharp, compelling messaging

  • Understand enterprise buyers and multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
