BESIX Watpac is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Qld Construction team. This is a great opportunity to join our collaborative team working across tenders and project delivery.

This role will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining tender and project programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
Working with pre-contracts and delivery teams to prepare methodologies, bids, and submissions.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and reporting status updates with remedial actions.
Creating and maintaining records to support contractual obligations, including extension of time claims.
Driving innovation through the adoption of new planning methods, software, and industry best practice.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in supporting delivery of large building projects with accurate and effective construction programmes.
Strong knowledge of commercial requirements and processes in tendering and project delivery.
Proven ability to manage complex tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
A high level of professionalism, initiative, and sound judgement in decision-making.
