About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of consulting, customer engagement, and hands‑on technical execution. This is a post‑sale, customer‑facing role where you’ll embed with enterprise clients to understand their goals, design solutions, implement integrations, and guide them toward successful adoption of the Adlib platform.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business goals, workflows, and success criteria
- Translate customer needs into solution designs, implementation plans, and workflow patterns
- Configure APIs and integrations to connect Adlib Transform with enterprise systems
- Build or extend n8n workflows to automate document processing and orchestration
- Develop targeted C# or Angular components that support customer‑specific use cases
- Design and validate LLM‑powered RAG workflows and AI‑enabled automations
- Guide customers through testing, validation, training, and go‑live readiness
- Partner with Product and Engineering to share field insights and influence roadmap decisions
- Document solution architectures, configurations, and reusable patterns
Customer‑Facing Consulting & Implementation
- Drive customer onboarding, activation, and solution delivery
- Facilitate workshops, deep dives, and technical walkthroughs
- Translate business processes into technical workflows and automation logic
- Configure, customize, and integrate solutions using APIs, automation tools, and content workflows
- Validate outcomes, ensure production readiness, and support operational transition
- Produce high‑quality documentation, handoff materials, and knowledge transfer assets
- Build and maintain C# and Angular components aligned with customer requirements
- Troubleshoot issues across front‑end, backend, automation, and AI pipelines
- Implement LLM‑enabled workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent‑assisted systems
- Contribute reusable components and patterns to improve scalability and delivery efficiency
- Work with Support, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues
- Provide field‑driven insights to influence product improvements
- Share best practices and solution patterns across internal teams

- Adoption & Satisfaction: Customer engagement, usage, and positive feedback

Technical Skills
- 3–7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Angular, SQL
- Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation
- Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agentic concepts
- Prior experience in consulting, implementation, or post‑sale technical roles
- Ability to uncover business challenges and translate them into solution designs
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience managing delivery workstreams, timelines, and expectations
- Experience with n8n, Workato, Camunda, Airflow, or similar automation platforms
- Hands‑on implementation of LLM‑based workflows or RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with enterprise content management and document‑centric workflows
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience considered
