In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of customer success, where every conversation is an opportunity to create value:

  • Become the go-to advisor customers trust during renewals, laying the groundwork for enduring Microsoft partnerships
  • Transform renewal leads into thriving opportunities by strategically qualifying prospects using proven frameworks (BANT methodology)
  • Partner with diverse SMBs across industries to uncover their unique challenges and present tailored upsell and cross-sell solutions
  • Master customers' Microsoft licensing landscape while championing cutting-edge cloud technologies that deliver measurable wins
  • Seamlessly coordinate with cross-functional teams (PCMs, TCMs, CEs, Solution Specialists) to ensure flawless, on-time renewals

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent (C2) Dutch with advanced English communication skills
  • 2+ years in sales with demonstrable wins under your belt
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and genuinely passionate about cloud innovation
  • IT industry awareness with the ability to rapidly absorb product knowledge and business solutions
  • Natural talent for understanding pain points and crafting compelling, personalized solutions
  • Achievement-oriented personality with an appetite for exceeding targets
  • Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or comparable solutions

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical sales or presales background
  • Education or experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
  • Master's degree in a technical field
