Were Hiring: Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands marketing and creative processes, and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication with clients and address their needs proactively.

  • Gather, understand, and translate client requirements into clear briefs for design, social, production, media, and strategy teams.

  • Coordinate internal teams and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution.

  • Prepare and present creative proposals, reports, and performance analyses.

  • Oversee the production of materials (social posts, banners, TVCs, print, landing pages, etc.) ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.

  • Resolve issues efficiently and manage challenges that may impact projects.

  • Collaborate with the finance team on budgets, pricing, and cost management.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.

What Were Looking For
