About the role

In short: Own the end-to-end intelligence pipeline - from raw data to trusted AI systems

• Architect and ship LLM-powered extraction, agentic workflows, and RAG systems.
• Own ETL and data architecture end-to-end.
• Design evaluation, validation, and governance for high-stakes pharma data.
• Drive resolution of complex, high-impact technical challenges.
• Make foundational product decisions that scale with the company.
• Work directly with customers and founders to solve real-world problems.

You might be a fit if…

• You have 3+ years of experience building production systems in Python.
• You’ve worked across AI systems and data infrastructure.
• Succeed in environments defined by change, ambiguity, and ownership
