Job Description

A. System & Data Support

  • Assist in system configuration, setup, and documentation
  • Support dataset preparation, validation, and basic analysis
  • Help monitor and track system issues, bugs, or inconsistencies

B. Process Improvement

  • Identify repetitive/manual tasks and suggest improvements
  • Support automation initiatives (e.g., scripts, templates, simple tools)
  • Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)

C. Documentation

  • Create and update technical documents, guidelines, and reports
  • Maintain proper version control and documentation structure
  • Support preparation of customer-facing or internal reports

D. Testing & Validation

  • Assist in system testing (functional / regression testing)
  • Record test results and highlight discrepancies
  • Support troubleshooting with guidance from engineers

E. Cross-functional Support

  • Work with different teams (e.g., design, quality, project team)

Qualifications

A. Education

  • Diploma / Degree in: Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Systems / Industrial/ Computer Science / IT / Data-related fields)

B. Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of engineering concepts or system workflows
  • Familiar with Excel (must), knowledge of Python / scripting is a plus
  • Exposure to data handling or simple automation tools is an advantage

C. Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented (important to reduce human error)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to follow structured processes and instructions
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

D. Other Requirements

  • Able to commit for at least X months (e.g., 3–6 months)
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
